Rolf Tarrach, rector emeritus of the University of Luxembourg.

Rolf Tarrach (*1948, Valencia) is rector emeritus of the University of Luxembourg of which he has been rector from 2005 until 2014.

He has received awards and decorations in Spain, Russia, Portugal, Belgium and Luxembourg. He has been on the EUA Council and has been later EUA’s president (2015-2019). He sat in innovation advisory bodies of a few companies and now sits in the governing bodies of a few universities.
